How Dans Home Health Inc applies federal civil rights protections and provides language assistance.
Dans Home Health Inc complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
Dans Home Health Inc provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified interpreters and information in large print and other formats. We also provide free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. Our clinicians and office staff speak English, Armenian, Russian, and Spanish, and we can arrange additional assistance as needed. If you need these services, call (626) 461-5271.
If you believe that Dans Home Health Inc has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Administrator: Administrator, Dans Home Health Inc, (626) 461-5271, 333 N Santa Anita Ave, Suite 13A, Arcadia, CA 91006. You can file a grievance in person, by mail, or by phone, and we can help you file one.
