Careers

Do the kind of clinical work that fits in a living room.

We are a small, local home health agency in Arcadia. Our clinicians do per-visit work in patients' homes across the San Gabriel Valley — one patient at a time, on a plan of care set by a physician. Clinicians who speak Armenian, Russian, or Spanish in addition to English are especially valued, because our patients explain symptoms in the language they think in.

Roles we hire

The six home health disciplines we staff. Every role works in the home, under a physician-ordered plan of care, and documents each visit.

01

Registered Nurse (RN)

Skilled nursing in the home — managing wounds, medications, injections, and post-hospital recovery, and reporting changes back to the patient's physician. [PLACEHOLDER: open / not currently hiring — confirm with Felix]

02

Physical Therapist (PT)

Home-based physical therapy for strength, balance, and safe walking, using the patient's own stairs, hallways, and bathroom. [PLACEHOLDER: open / not currently hiring — confirm with Felix]

03

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Retraining daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and cooking in the home, and recommending practical home adaptations. [PLACEHOLDER: open / not currently hiring — confirm with Felix]

04

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Help with speech, swallowing, and memory after a stroke or illness, delivered at the patient's home. [PLACEHOLDER: open / not currently hiring — confirm with Felix]

05

Medical Social Worker (MSW)

Connecting patients and families with community resources, counseling, and long-term planning. [PLACEHOLDER: open / not currently hiring — confirm with Felix]

06

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal care under the supervision of our nurses. [PLACEHOLDER: open / not currently hiring — confirm with Felix]

Why clinicians choose home health with us

Home health is a different kind of clinical work than a hospital floor or a clinic. Here is what the work looks like with us.

Autonomy with real clinical variety

You carry your own visits and your own clinical judgment into each home. The caseload spans wound care, post-stroke recovery, fall rehabilitation, and chronic disease — no two homes look the same.

One-on-one patient time

A home visit is just you and the patient, on the plan of care their physician signed. There is time to teach the family, watch the patient walk their own hallway, and catch the change that matters.

Local caseloads, less windshield time

We build caseloads close to home in Arcadia, Pasadena, Glendale, Monrovia, and the rest of the San Gabriel Valley. Less time driving, more time with patients.
