Skilled Nursing
A registered nurse manages wounds, medications, injections, and post-hospital recovery — and reports changes to your doctor.
Physical Therapy
A physical therapist works on strength, balance, and safe walking — using your own stairs, hallways, and bathroom.
Occupational Therapy
An occupational therapist retrains daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and cooking, and recommends practical home adaptations.
Speech Therapy
A speech-language pathologist helps with speech, swallowing, and memory after a stroke or illness.
Medical Social Services
A medical social worker connects your family with community resources, counseling, and long-term planning.
Home Health Aide
A certified aide assists with bathing, grooming, and personal care under the supervision of our nurses.

Referrals accepted by fax, same-day response.
We accept referrals from physicians, hospital discharge planners, and case managers across Arcadia, Pasadena, Glendale, and greater Los Angeles County. Send the order and face sheet by fax and our intake staff will follow up with you and the patient.
